Your WBE.NET ID and password is issued only to you, is nontransferable and may not be used by any other person. Any distribution by you of your password will result in immediate termination of your membership. We have tracking systems such as detection of origin of IP addresses, and they will be used to determine any violation to this agreement.

NEITHER WBE.Net NOR ANY OF ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS, PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of Content must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
